CAHU is collecting food for the Mid Ohio Food Bank.  This is a busy time of the year for all food banks and we would like to do our part.  Please bring any canned goods you can spare - we want to beat last year's goal of 150 lbs.

Recreation Unlimited provides year-round programs in sports, recreation, and education for individuals with disabilities and health concerns, while building self-confidence, self-esteem and promoting positive human relations, attitudes and behaviors.  Please help us raise money.  We will be selling raffle tickets at the registration desk.

Our latest charity was chosen by Kevin Conrad, President.  He vowed to "Shave one for the Team" (his head) to show solidarity with cancer patients, raise awareness about cancer and help raise money for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.  CAHU's challenge was to raise $500.00.  Thanks to the efforts of SOS Codispoti and our generous Expo attendees, we more than achieved our goal.

Kevin now wears a hat to stay warm...

Through the generosity of our CAHU members, we collected over 150 lbs. of food for the Mid Ohio Food Bank.

Local food banks are as busy as ever and continue to need the support of the community to deliver meals to those families they serve.  As CAHU continues its campaign to collect food for the Mid Ohio Food Bank, we challenge all of you to bring even more non-perishable items to our monthly meetings.

Our goal is to collect over 200 lbs. of food.  We will deliver the food we collect immediately following each meeting.  If you forget to bring food, we will be accepting monetary donations.

We would also like to thank those that contributed to the Coats for Columbus campaign this winter.  Each year The Salvation Army collects new and gently used warm winter coats for people in need.  We were proud to be a part of this program.  Your support of this effort was greatly appreciated!
